Do you have to test different sizes?

Is it true that even if you used the same bolt of fabric and same spool of thread and same car of buttons to make three shirts in three different sizes, each one has to be tested?

I'll go out on a limb and say not -based on the strict criteria you listed. Testing is required at the SKU level. Sizes are at the UPC level. HOWEVER! If the SKU is different because it is a different style (same bolt of fabric, buttons etc) meaning it's just like the first style but maybe it's a pair of pants rather than shorts, you will have to test the pants and shorts.

Maybe places should start making pants only and parents learn to hem them into shorts if they want shorts. these laws are just unbelievably unreasonable.
