Archives 9/7-9/20 2005-2011

At this late date it occurs to me that I neglected to mention who won the copy of Drape Drape 2. That would be Teijo, long time visitor and friend. That said, you all stand to win because he won -he’s a translator. No promises but he will compare the Japanese and English versions of the text and share his findings as he will. I’ll keep you posted.

A bit of sad news; Dorothy Fuller, the mover and shaker of all things fashion in Chicago and founder of the AIBI, has passed. Courtesy of Lara Miller comes this remembrance. She will surely be missed.

As ever, below are the entries posted to this site for this time period over the past 7 plus years. If you’re looking for something specific, be sure to book mark the archives page. Hope your weekend was relaxing and productive. For my part, I was trying to tie up loose ends and cleaned all day today. I’ll be away next weekend camping with friends.

~Say, does anyone have suggestions for a pattern puzzle? We haven’t done one in it seems like in forever.
